SHBE European Real Estate Circles:

The SHBE is a Dutch initiative founded in 1992 and has since been active in Germany, The Netherlands and Croatia.

The "SHBE" provides a broad platform on which the participating members can work together, and it encourages the membership of German, Croatian and Dutch companies and institutions active in the real estate industry.

In the past 15 years, SHBE's activities have focussed primarily on Germany, Croatia and the Netherlands, but our goal is to create an informal European network of real estate professionals in various disciplines spread all over Europe.

Tasks of the SHBE foundation:

To promote the cooperation and exchange of knowledge and experience on a European level in the real estate and construction industry.

To create a broad base accommodating a wide range of different kinds of cooperation, to provide a greater scope for the various specialist fields and to coordinate activities between participating members in Europe.

Aim of the SHBE foundation:

Finding cooperation partners by sharing and extending cross-border knowledge and experience in the real estate sector and construction industry.

SHBE is active in the following disciplines:

• Design and development of commercial and residential real estate

• Construction industry

• Renovation, revitalisation and renewal of real estate

• Urban planning and inner-city development

• Area re-development and sustainable building methods

• Management, maintenance and financing of real estate

• Environmental planning
